Job Title – SAP CRM Functional  Consultant
Work Location : Santa Clara, CA, USA

Job Description:

Responsible for participate in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation.  Gather customer functional requirements for the SAP CRM implementation and functional enhancement of processes in SAP CRM which include Opportunity Management, Quotations, Orders, Contact Management, Territory Management, from Process owners, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Consultants, and Project Coordinators. Write a blueprint for high level system architecture and technical components required to implement SAP CRM according to requirements.  Configure SAP CRM and integrate with other modules of SAP including writing interfaces for middleware, replicating master, transactional and condition data between SAP ECC and SAP CRM applications. Analyze, review and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.  Work with cross-functional team SAP BW to build reports, with Salesforce and SharePoint teams to replicate data from SAP CRM. Perform system testing and train users on the system functionalities.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:  

Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field plus one (1) year of experience.  Will accept a Bachelor’s plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in lieu of Master’s plus one (1) year of experience or any suitable combination of education, training or experience.  May travel to client sites throughout U.S. Experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP CRM required.

Job Title – Business Systems Analyst
Work Location : Santa Clara, CA, USA

Job Description:

Responsible for Requirements Gathering and Analysis and Configuration – For preparing High Level Design and Prototype. Work with the Development Team to prepare Technical specification, provide Production Support, and Implement client revisions to the application design. Work on project verification and Quality Control.  Prepare Functional Specification design documents and Integration Plan document. Perform Regression testing on the deliverables, Stabilization Activities for applications, troubleshooting and bug fixing. Prepare Technical and Business processes documents for Bug-Fix, Maintenance, Stabilization and development work.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

Job Title – Computer Systems Analyst
Work Location : Santa Clara, CA, USA

Primary Duties:

  • Physical and Logical Architecture Design for Enterprise Project Management Implementation;
  • Work on ECC 6.0 configuration in New GL;
  • Work on BCS or EC-CS configuration, including full project life cycle implementations and enhancements / for continuous improvement projects;
  • Involve in Finance and Controlling, including but not limited to: tax configuration, global and country settings, profit centers & hierarchy configuration & maintenance, COPA, material ledger, financial operations processes and concepts, currency revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger, substitutions/validations, functional area usage, understanding of financial close and consolidations, intercompany processing, MIRO, ERS, consignment, intercompany procurement, bank interfaces (outgoing and EBS), asset classes, depreciation area configuration, depreciation keys, account determination, internal order settlement, US and regional requirements;
  • Functional setup of MDG and/or BlackLine Systems;
  • Integrate Materials Management and Sales & Distribution;
  • Promote changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing and executing test plans;
  • Write complex functional specifications including interfaces and custom programs, work with technical programmers to analyze defects and propose solutions;
  • Training material development and delivery.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
  • Detail orientated with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with FICO, CRM, SD, MM, PP, PS and BI/BW modules are required.
